Reporting to Global HRBP based in Triumph’s headquarter in Switzerland this opportunity will bring you international exposure and a fantastic opportunity to join global organization that is going through exciting times of transformation.

You will be part of a global team with HR Business Partners across Europe. Additionally, you will be part of local HR teams, both in Denmark and Holland. You will work closely with your 2 Danish and 2 Dutch HR colleagues in the Shared Service Center.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure advice and support to management and line managers in all HR and labor law related topics
Assure proper implementation of HR policies, processes, tools and systems in line with the global framework incl. linking the business and people strategy supporting long-term business goals
Participate in national and international (HR) projects
