How do we through psychological testing find the right talents for Arla Foods?

If you are studying psychology and find this question interesting, then this is your chance to put your psychometrics and testing theories into practice.

Your internship with Arla Foods will start January 2018 and last 3+ months or more. Joining our department, Talent Acquisition, in Aarhus, you will meet a global team of experienced consultants working with recruitment, assessment and employer branding.

From day 1, we will give you your own area of responsibility, which revolves around our assessment centres. At the moment, we only use data strictly for assessment purposes, but we would like your take on how to learn more from our data through psychometry and psychological testing.
