Head of HQ Facility Management

As Head of HQ Facility Management you will be responsible for HQ Facility Management and setting strategic direction for the team, overseeing delivery of all building related activities including maintenance, cleaning, catering, HQ Health, Safety and Security (HSE), space management, reception, mail and running various projects.

You will also ensure service providers deliver timely services in accordance with scope, on budget while always being mindful of cost leadership.

This position is placed in the department of Corporate Security, Crisis and HQFM with following key areas of responsibility:

Manage a team of Facility Management (FM) Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) overseeing service providers are delivering quality services, on budget and in accordance with contract(s)
Work closely with the Head of Support Services setting the strategic direction for HQFM and communicate this to the teams.
