As Customer Service Advisor at New Balance Denmark ApS you will be part of a newly established subsidiary in the Nordic region. Your vital role will be to deliver high quality service and to handle all requests from customers professionally as well as to support the Nordic sales team in order processing and support. The Nordic region consists primarily of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

The main areas of responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor are to:

Have close contact with the UK Customer Service Department in the coordination of service guidelines and regulations and specific Key Accounts
Support and work closely together with sales representatives and Key Account Managers in the Nordic region
