Are you an Operational Oil & Gas leader looking for a new challenge? One that brings out the best in you and your abilities to influence, convince, question and move people to change an established safety culture in a time-honoured business unit? Then this position might be a great fit for you.

As Head of Operational Safety you promote and strengthen operational safety at all levels of the BU operations. You will lead the Offshore HSE team to support OIMs and Operations Managers in all aspects of HSE. Your responsibilities will be to:

Lead the Operational HSE Section of the DBU, advise and assist individuals and departments on operational safety and risk assessment related issues, standard and practices
Promote learnings from safety related incidents by analysis of trends and causes
Lead and or participate and advise in root cause investigations.
