We are currently looking for a Content & People Manager who can help develop our new internal performance app. Your primary role will be to create content which can inspire, motivate and engage our Danish retail staff on a daily basis. The goal is that the spirit of Samsøe & Samsøe and our way of working is fully integrated within our talent pool.
The position will also include visiting our stores on a regular basis as well as connecting with our wholesale departments. The position is new, so you will have the unique opportunity to develop and shape your own role within the guidelines given by the Head of Retail.

- Develop, maintain and administrate our new performance app
- Create content that can inspire, motivate and engage our retail staff
- Secure that our way of working is fully integrated within our talent poo
