Financial Analyst in the M&A Valuation and Structuring team

Join us and become Financial Analyst in the M&A Valuation and Structuring team, which enjoys a key role in our M&A and partnership transactions.
Your key tasks will be to
- manage and perform financial analyses of M&A projects
- participate in the development of business cases for our M&A projects, including building and designing financial models, critical assessment of input and presentation of output
- be closely involved in other aspects of the M&A process such as preparation of sales material, due diligence reports, bid analysis and negotiation support
