The role will involve management and maintenance of data within the HR system of record, preparing employee documentation and responding to queries from managers and employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for all HR process queries via telephone, email and our helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all customers are responded to in a timely and professional manner
Maintenance and management of the HR system of record (SuccessFactors), ensuring data is complete and correct
Preparing and issuing employee documentation including contracts of employment and change letters
