Sourcing Manager, Copenhagen/Stockholm

Reporting to the Scandinavian Supply Chain Manager, you will become a member the Scandinavian Supply Team, driving Scandinavian sourcing activities. Key to this position will be to understand all cost drivers of entire supply chain and translate that knowledge into reduced total Supply Chain costs in Scandinavia. You will act as a coordinator towards the rest of the Scandinavian sourcing team and other relevant stakeholders.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

Manage menu presentations preparation work overseeing Gategroup interests
Forecasting of SAP materials
Perform controlling and quality assurance of SCM activities as well as follow up on suppliers score cards, KPI and SLA’s
