Do you have great insight into B2B sales, marketing and service processes and do you know how to support them in Microsoft CRM? Are you motivated about embedding change in an international organisation and across all customer-oriented functions?

In the position as CRM Manager, you will be the driving force of optimizing our customer-oriented processes as well as defining the scope of process support in Kamstrup’s CRM system.

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, design and implementing best practice within sales, marketing and service processes on a global level across all business areas
  • Defining roadmap for process and system development within customer oriented processes – primarily supported in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Acting as project manager in relation to 1-2 year process and system development projects, after which you will have the responsibility of implementing the processes internationally
