(Senior) Performance Management Officer
The main responsibility of the Centre of Expertise Performance Management is to develop and manage the entire performance management approach, thereby ensuring that individual performance is managed consistently and fairly so that staff contributes their best to the Bank; as well as ensuring that probationary periods are used adequately to integrate and confirm the employment of new staff.
The Performance Manager Officer reports to the Head of the Performance Management Unit and cooperates closely with other specialists in the division, the team of HR Business Partners and the business. The position may require supervision of consultants and maintaining relationships with other institutions, international organisations, specialists and professional associations in order to build cooperation and stay abreast of best practice.
