Head of Digital User Experience

As Head of Digital User Experience, you will be responsible for defining the continuous improvement of our Digital Customer Ecommerce proposition at Flying Tiger Copenhagen. You will evaluate pain points in the customer journey and work with the technical and program management teams to develop a roadmap of continuous feature launches, that enhance the experience and maximise the lifetime value of customers who shop with us.
