The main purpose of this position is to act as first line of support for technical queries and claims for channels and Sales Companies across the globe.

Key tasks:

Trouble shooting of the technical issues raised by our customers;
Driving the claim Management process;
Sizing & Configuration of engineered products using different configuration tools.
