Head of Category Management

Do you want to take part in developing the overall strategy across the indoor build, plumbing, paint, tools & hardware categories? Are you able to use your skills and experience to contribute to the success of the Category Management Team? Then this is your opportunity to join us!

In collaboration with the C-level and the Procurement Team, you will be the driving force in the overall development of your categories. You will lead and manage your own projects and support the Category Managers in their projects.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing review and development of the approach to procurement and category management.
• Improving and implementing strategic and operational processes within the department.
• Leading supplier negotiations.
