Responsibilities

You will be hiring, onboarding, overseeing, training and developing a team of Service Technicians and Service Supervisors in general. You will allocate qualified and motivated competencies to service sites according to project specifications and ensure that your Service Technicians and Service Supervisors understand and commit to the department's overall agenda
Motivate your employees and secure work-life balance, whilst implementing various projects
Ensure trained resources for service execution according to internal procedures and country-specific demands and within your annual budget
