Are you ready to be part of the most ambitious Customer Service department in Denmark and contribute to proactively enable and generate value directly to our customers and business?

You will be referring directly to the Customer Service Director and be his partner in driving and developing the Customer Service department to achieve a very ambitious strategy which aims to break the service level boundaries of what our customers have so far been able to expect from us.

As Customer Service Program Manager, we expect you to focus on internal actions which can contribute to a better and more agile way of providing service(s) towards the customers, and at the same time are a natural and easy approachable contact point for other employees. Especially within the frame of our digital journey and development of digital solutions.
