Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

In close cooperation with the technical lead prepare and issue inquiries/RFQs and lead the tender process, commercial evaluation of offers, negotiating supply contracts/placing orders in a timely manner and in accordance with specific project requirements
Order management including expediting until delivery to the site
Ensure that approved changes are covered by amendments to the original purchase order/contract
