Power Systems Application Engineer

The Power Systems Application Engineer will be part of the Application Engineering team delivering software solutions in Energy Market and Electrical Grid areas. You will be in charge of implementing advanced Energy Management Solution and Optimization-based applications for Energy Market, which includes functional design, software design, development, testing, application integration and tuning.
Essential Responsibilities
- Specification and design of new functionality, including definition of acceptance criteria and test cases, in optimization-based software for Energy Market and EMS solutions for Market Operators, Transmission System Operators and Regional Security Coordinators.
- Validation and tuning of power systems and optimization-based software applications.
- Support troubleshooting and deep analyze of identified issues during system validation and its maintenance when it is live.
