Do you want to be part of a very ambitious team, who is responsible for accelerating the digital transformation of Arla? If you are motivated by changing culture, mindset and skills in a large organization to enable a successful digital transformation, you could be our new digital change lead.

Your role will be to lead the work to design and implement the Arla wide change journey. We know that we are facing a huge task to change the culture, mindset and skills to support a digital Arla and it will require a strong collaboration with all functions in Arla. We are aiming for a change journey with many creative, diverse and untraditional components to be able to engage all employees in Arla.
