Are you passionate about designing and implementing long-term progressive quality development plans and objectives? These initiatives will support Danfoss' strategy and market position as the no. 1 supplier of Orbital motors and steering solutions to the off-highway mobile industry.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Improve, implement, and maintain QMS to meet the requirements for Danfoss Power Solutions, ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016, hence specific knowledge is required
Challenge the status quo and strive to achieve best-in-class plant performance through continuous improvement activities.
Proactively address customer quality concerns, including warranty claims. Work with different stakeholder groups to find sustainable solutions to repeating failure root causes.
