As S&OP Partner Health Access, you create the overall narrative for the S&OP process in our Health Access Business. By facilitating S&OP meetings with a wide group of stakeholders you help us drive insights and decision making across the business.

Our S&OP Partner works closely with process owners in Health Access and Finance to provide analysis for various business projects. You assist with pre-analysis and data collection for initiatives anchored in the business. You play a central role in tying together deep dives and analysis on cross functional issues and opportunities.

In collaboration with Corporate S&OP, the S&OP Partner also drives the overall maturation and development of the S&OP process at Orifarm to ensure scalability, process efficiency and innovation
