Do you excel in driving recruitment and value-adding HR processes? Can you provide relevant sparring to managers and support the further development of our organisation? Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with the skillset and toolbox to support our managers focusing on growing the organisation?

You will become part of our HR team consisting of twelve dedicated colleagues with very broad responsibilities who are eager to create value for the organization. The team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving results that increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency, and we strive every day to support and bring more value to the business.

In the newly established position as Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance organisational development to ensure the best possible performance in order to achieve our business strategic ambitions.
