Develop, implement and continuously optimise the problem management process.
Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all problems in order to minimize the impact of the problems upon service quality and consequently identify opportunities to improve operation.
Supervising the lifecycle of all cross-provider problems.
