Customer Service Agent

As our new Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers as well as coordinating with relevant departments such as Purchase, Quality, Shipping, Planning as well as Marketing.

  • Entering orders and realistic confirmation due to lead time
  • Moving order lines with reason codes
  • Ensuring rush shipment is approved and sent to production and warehouse

The overall goal for the department is to place sales orders correctly and confirm orders according to our delivery time and the best possible service and quick, accurate and competent answers to inquires.
