Head Of Sales – Global Marine & Navy Service
Reporting to the Sales Director GM&N and collaborating closely with the Service Ops leaders, you will lead a team of Sales Managers, targeting the growth in L&M, Parts and Prime service sales.
With a service revenue over $100m and 55 sales professionals, you will support the design and execution of GTM strategies and processes with a view to achieving service sales targets across all service lines of business.
The role is focused on winning new service business by using our install base to target new customer acquisition, growing share-of-wallet and cross-selling additional products and services to new and existing customers.
Johnson Controls can offer hybrid working in this role, the successful post holder can be located anywhere in the UK or Denmark but ideally located close to a JCI head office such as Manchester, Birmingham, Sunbury-on-Thames.
