As our new Strategic Advisor TA for Denmark you will be part of a team consisting of Strategic Advisors in Europe. 6 bright minds strong, spread across Northern Europe reporting into a Lead localized in Norway. We collaborate on projects and development of the role, tools and content.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape in relevant Country and Markets
Engage with aligned country and Markets and work in partnership to shape recruiting strategy to drive the successful recruitment of talent
Drive recruiting strategy design, ensuring recruitment plans are scoped
