As our new Strategic Advisor TA for Denmark you will be part of a team consisting of Strategic Advisors in Europe. 6 bright minds strong, spread across Northern Europe reporting into a Lead localized in Norway. We collaborate on projects and development of the role, tools and content.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape in relevant Country and Markets
• Engage with aligned country and Markets and work in partnership to shape recruiting strategy to drive the successful recruitment of talent
• Drive recruiting strategy design, ensuring recruitment plans are scoped
