The LEGO Foundation was set up by the founders of the LEGO Group, the Kirk Kristiansen family, who chose to transfer 25% ownership of the LEGO Group to the LEGO Foundation to enable all children to reach their full potential through learning through play.
The Team Leader for People and Knowledge is responsible for building and leading a team that will develop and ensure the competences, capacities, and capabilities of the LEGO Foundation are in place. The Team Leader will strengthen and support the approach to a playful working and playful leadership mindset as well as solid professional development and learning capacity throughout the organization.
As a team and functional leader, you have the responsibility to guide and direct your team through the following strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities.
