Do you have a solid IT technical background working with complex HR solutions? Are you driven by and want to be a key player in the journey to bring HR and Payroll & Time solutions to the next level? And would you like to do so as part of a global frontrunner working for a sustainable future? Then become our new HR IT Solution Architect!

You will be responsible of deliver business consultancy towards HR, deliver solution architecture and ensure that it links with the Grundfos IT business platform.

Together with the team, you will be responsible of the backbone of the HR IT systems to support Grundfos and to ensure that employees have a positive and seamless experience – covering solutions from SAP SuccessFactors as main HRM application, but also different application in the area of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Reporting and other HR solutions.
