Responsibilities

You define together with your stakeholders, the global Q&HSE competence strategy, whereon you and your team build the competency framework
You facilitate the definition of role specific QCI/HSE competencies across Vestas and ensure that a learning and development framework and infrastructure are aligned
You use your technical competences and act in your team as subject matter expert for Quality and CI or HSE and closely collaborate with the other experts to support the integrated management approach
