As the Business Analyst, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors you will lead requirement gathering, documentation and configuration reviews for our SAP SuccessFactors suite. You will work closely with functional stakeholders understanding business goals and pain points. You will support the Product Management team by enriching user stories, analysing business requirements, architecting configurations, and testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
