As our new Global Field Service Manager your key responsibilities are to drive and support the Field Service team to ensure excellent support to Sales and customers as well as conduct trainings for our Sales and customers demonstrating the value of our products, troubleshoot, perform commissioning of our products and support with complaint handling.

The role is split 50/50 between managerial duties and individual contribution including on-site support where the managerial part is expected to take over moving forward.

Act as a role model and train the new and the existing team members on best practices, processes and tools and ensure continuous competence building for the team.
