Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a development-oriented and driven Director, Product Testing who is ready to take on an exciting and challenging position where you will be taking Product testing to the next level.

In this role, you will be part of the Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Engineering organization reporting to the Vice President, R&D and Engineering in RAC. You will be leading a diverse team of highly qualified team leaders and specialists and be responsible for our labs in Denmark, India, China and Poland.

As Director, Product Testing, one of your key focus areas will be to adopt digitalization and simulation within product and application testing and bringing us to the next level within automation.
