• Bring process improvement initiatives to make the financial processes and supporting systems as effective, efficient, consistent, simple as possible.
• Define and implement Finance processes governance (RACI) for prioritized processes and projects.
• Ensure E2E process focus and proper requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, test case definition, and change management to ensure business adoption.
