Are you ready to lead by example, act as a role model, motivate and inspire others? Then you might be our new Head of SER in Application Engineering (South European Region) in Danfoss Power Solutions Segment.

In this role you will lead the Application Engineering organization in South Europe. You will be based in the region, Nordborg (DK) or Neumunster(G) where you will deliver high-quality application engineering support to our customers and work closely with our Account manager & Sales Directors. Together as a team, we solve customer challenges enabling the achievement of Danfoss Power Solutions profitable growth.

You will drive a change towards a new way of working and create a growth culture in the organization. You will lead a group of approx. 15 Engineers, where you will have 1 manager and 6 Application engineers in direct report.
