We are searching for an Operational Excellence (LEAN) specialist to join our OPEX team. This team aims to support the Lean journey of OFS Denmark. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to learn-by-doing across all departments and work closely with all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities:

To drive and facilitate Kaizen events to continuously improve our processes, and to ensure that improvements are sustained in the organization
To be an essential part of our culture journey by actively supporting others and being a role model in following our OFS values
To support improvement projects across the plant
