If you are an experienced leader and an R&D Engineer with both hands-on and strategical experience, who has a track record of driving the innovation agenda, this might be your dream job!

Key responsibilities and activities

Drive the innovation agenda both locally in Kolding, but also as a vital part of our international organisation
Lead work on complex, large-scale, fast-paced, and cross-functional R&D projects
Secure on-time delivery of releases
Engage directly with customers as required for development and support
