As Global Operational Excellence & Engineering Director you will work with the global project engineers and external engineering consultants in Europe and North America to establish and prioritize capital expenditures (CAPEX) opportunities and implement solutions to achieve short, medium and long-term goals.

Job profile:

Supports the Plant Managers and Plant Engineers for the on-site CAPEX plans to assure and meet health and safety programs, quality improvements, mid-term to long- term capacity requirements and environmental regulations.
Research latest technical opportunities for process improvements and better cost control.
