Global Security Manager

Define and implement a baseline framework to support the physical security needs of our colleagues, premises and supply chain. To raise awareness and embed a strong control environment in head office, retail and manufacturing focusing on compliance to drive security improvements in the Clusters.

Key accountabilities:

• Design and implement a suit of standards, policies and procedures to protect colleagues, assets, premises and supply chain.
• Coordinate Pandora global physical security and loss prevention activities.
• Build strong methods of communication, including regular 1:1’s with Clusters and Functional teams to establish best practice and identify non-compliant behavior and take appropriate discussions and actions
• Be Global key contact and support in the event of an incident and support disaster recovery efforts
