As our CBO Sales Coordinator your primary responsibility is to service our online customers, where the main focus will be on our cooperation with Zalando. Through close dialogue with the customer and daily feedback from the sales responsibles and your manager, you will ensure that the workflow between VILA and Zalando works excellent. Daily tasks will be order handling, follow-ups on the product flow, preparations of statistics etc. Furthermore, your work includes:

• Placing sales orders and ensuring that all deadlines are fulfilled
• Following up and checking flow of goods, stock and that all orders are placed correctly
• Direct correspondent and contact with customer and participate in customer meetings
