Senior Specialist, Total Rewards is a role in the Corporate Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits area. This role is responsible for effective project management with a global scope, including data gathering, auditing and analytics, global process administration, and general support in executing the Danfoss Total Rewards programs, initiatives and strategic objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Run C&B processes according to the annual HR cycle in cooperation with other Center of Excellence colleagues, Regional HR teams and people managers.
Coordinate and communicate in all aspects of the C&B processes towards relevant business stakeholders and people managers, enabling HR colleagues and people managers to comply with principles and rules of the Total Reward Corporate Standards.
