Are you ready to lead by example, act as a role model, motivate and inspire others? Then you might be our new Director of Integrated Solutions, EMEA in Danfoss Power Solutions Segment.

In this role you will lead the Integrated Solutions team, EMEA based in Nordborg, Denmark to deliver highly innovative solutions and solve customer challenges enabling the achievement of Danfoss Power Solutions profitable growth.

You will drive a change towards a new way of working and create a growth culture in the organization. You will lead a group of 12 Engineers and Technicians becoming best-in-class in securing customer focused innovative thinking by establishing the right inspiration and cooperation methods.
