Do you like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a great possibility for you to grow and develop as a manager? Will you take on setting clear directions for the environmental support in our new drug substance facility? Do you have experience with aseptic production and environmental disciplines? Are you a manager with a proven track record of successfully creating a motivated and highly engaged team?

You will manage a growing team, currently consisting of 1 specialist, 2 supporters and 3 technicians, who together with you ensure the performance of environmental disciplines in our new isolator-based drug substance filling facility. You will support daily operations to the production, clean rooms and utility systems (deviations, batch data review, trends, monitoring, process confirmations, training, procedures etc.).
