Manager with Product Owner experience, C2 Naval systems, Herlev

Are you a passionate and gifted leader with Product Owner experience? Are you motivated by working with complex systems, ensuring agreed deliveries, while taking ownership for ensuring the wellbeing and performance of your team?

Your tasks will consist of a mix of operational and People Management tasks. With an operational focus, you will act as a Product Owner for the team and be responsible for the prioritization of the tasks on the team’s backlog. This involves being responsible for the scrum events like e.g., refinement, sprint planning, and sprint review.

A large part of the product ownership will also involve stakeholder management towards Project Managers, Product Managers, Line Managers, and other Product Owners. On the People Management side, you will be responsible for the ongoing wellbeing and development of your team, to ensure a thriving and well-performing team.
