Responsibilities

Daily management and leadership of the department – inclusive of Deputy Technical Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
Motivate and support employees and secure work-life balance.
Guide and motivate results through the department and employees, adopting a continuous improvement mindset and evaluating the best business practice.
