HR Tech Recruitment Specialist

Are you the driven person we're looking for to become a part of a new team to help build a strong HR set-up for Boozt and our Tech team?
Join HR tech recruitment team and help us attract and recruit the best talent to our growing organisation. You will primarily be responsible for recruitments within tech platform and you will be looking for talents within mobile development, frontend and backend development but also Data scientists.
What you will do:
- Support hiring managers with their recruitment needs with a focus on IT/tech positions
- Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university collaborations and employee referrals
- Gather job specifications from hiring managers and create solid and enticing job descriptions
