As Global Preowned Operations Head, your main responsibility will be to guide the team to industrialize, standardize and scale our current Preowned Operations, currently based in Northern Europe. The vision is to implement the operation across the different regions, enabling the execution of the sales of preowned wind turbines. Further, your primary tasks will include:

• Guiding and developing your team, while keeping high safety and quality standards
• Industrializing and standardizing to maximize the refurbishment operations to the best possible extend, while maintaining the flexibility and agility of the business
