As the Group Sustainability & Compliance Manager, you will be a part of driving this new CSR journey that the company is on regarding both the development, the implementation, and the communication of the new CSR strategy all whilst ensuring that Schur stays compliant with their commitments to UNGP and OECD.
You will get the following tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Implement and follow up on strategy and objectives for SDG
- Ensure that Schur policies and CoC are always in line with, adherent to and updated to meet the commitment towards UNGP and OECD
- Implementation of Whistleblower solution and upcoming HRDD
