Operational Director, REDAN

Danfoss Redan is looking for a Director, Operations to become the overall responsibility for the whole operations in this related location which cover: safety, quality, delivery and performance of the different product lines presented in the factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Safety - establish a manufacturing and maintenance process set-up that assure zero unsafe conditions. Frequent dialogues with the shop floor team to acquire a safe culture
• Customer Quality experience – fulfil the quality assurance process, ISO9000 + 14000. To keep improving quality KPIs YoY. to implement the Danfoss TS standard according to DBL strategy and perspective
• Delivery Performance – establish a logistic setup that helps to assure the reliability and availability performance required by the customers with high stock turn rates
