For a newly created position, we are looking for a skilled profile with high technical insight who can ensure Nuuday a better operational stability through a multi-vendor problem management setup up.

You will be responsible for quality assurance of problem management both internally across Nuuday and towards external vendors who provide IT and TV services to Nuuday. Some of the tasks in your daily life will be:

• Accelerate the Problem Management agenda in Nuuday as an important element securing a proper stability and present most important pains to management with your own recommendations to improve the situation
• Establish a setup for quality assurance and structured follow-up on problem management
