Do you want to lead, build and unite a team of 11 design and Project Engineers located in both Copenhagen and Viborg? You are responsible for the quality and performance of the documentation produced by the team.

You are responsible for the quality and performance of the documentation produced by the team. To succeed, you will help and advise team members as you ensure that projects are solved smoothly and in accordance with our high standards. You will also:

Set yearly objectives and goals for the team in cooperation with our Engineering Director
Ensure standardisation and design automation in the department as well as identify the need for new product improvement
Set the execution team to deliver on time and on budget
